Nokia hedh ne gjyq Apple per iPhone

Nokia ka hedhur ne gjyq Apple. Kolosi informatik i “Molles”, ka shkelur me ane te iPhone patentat teknologjike te grupit finlandez.

Rasti eshte paraqitur ne gjykaten e Delaware.

Nokia ka shpjeguar se ka marreveshje me 40 shoqeri ne te gjithe boten per perdorimin e patentave te veta teknologjike GSM, UMTS e LAN, por nuk ka arritur asnjehere nje marreveshje te ketij lloji me Apple.

“Duke refuzuar nje marreveshje per pronesine intelektuale, Apple po tenton te veproje lirshem, ne kurriz te rinovimit te Nokia-s”, eshte shprehur Ilkka Rahnasto, zevendespresident dhe pergjegjes ligjor i pronesise intelektuale te Nokia-s/topchannel
